The New Orleans Saints are finalizing a deal to sign free-agent quarterback Derek Carr, per Ian Rapoport.

Carr also drew interest from the New York Jets and the Carolina Panthers, who was released by the Las Vegas Raiders on Feb. 14.

UPDATE: The Saints are giving Carr a 4-year deal, per Rapoport. They’ll have to structure the deal giving their cap situation.

The deal is a 4-year $150 million deal with $100 million guaranteed.
